recruitment agencies have joined & posted a lot of IT jobs. This poses a
few questions:

maintain the credibility of the group, all messages are moderated. However, the
moderator does not have the time to approve
all messages.
§
Most
job seekers may not be seeking IT jobs. Thus a deluge of IT jobs may irritate
the majority of job seekers.
Solutions:

Allow
these recruiters to post IT jobs un-moderated.
§
Set
up a separate Yahoo Group for IT jobs
We would
